Our Valuer/Manager, Charlotte Demaine, has a wealth of experience within estate agency, sales and senior management. She first started working in estate agency back in 2000 being involved in the start-up of a brand-new office for an estate agency based on the South Coast. Having managed offices both in a corporate environment and small independent business she brings the best parts of both worlds together to ensure that Edkins & Holmes offers a first-class experience to all our clients.

Bradley, our Lettings Manager, has worked in estate agency since leaving university in 2011 having studied Business Property Management a RICS accredited degree. Bradley has worked for independent and corporate agents within the West Yorkshire region and he is also qualified to become a licenced member of ARLA. Calderdale born and raised he spends most of his spare time in the gym. Bradley will be your main point of contact when letting your property through Edkins & Holmes Estate Agents.

Our Sales Negotiator, Katie, has previously worked for both a corporate and independent estate agents and brings an efficient and friendly manner with first class negotiating skills ensuring the best results for our clients. Having lived locally her whole life, Katie enjoys spending her spare time with her daughter, partner and seeing her family and friends.

Rebecca, administrator, is a valued member of the Edkins & Holmes team providing effective support to all of the team in both the sales and letting departments. Having worked in different areas of the business, Rebecca has developed extensive knowledge of the property market over her years at Edkins & Holmes.

Charlotte S, our trainee negotiator / administrator joined us in 2023 having previously worked at another reputable estate agents. Our clients will often meet Charlotte out and about carrying out accompanied viewings. Her cheery disposition brings a fresh face to our team.
